Pattern, paint and pedigree come together on the 92XI Combat in Vietnam Tiger Stripe. Each pistol is hand painted by veteran-owned Howe Arms, so every one has its own look. The stripe pattern was developed for jungle warfare and was used by U.S. Special Forces during the Vietnam War.

Fiber optic sights help your eye find the front post fast, and an adapter plate allows you to mount a red dot. The action is single action only, with the frame-mounted safety that Beretta added to the 92XI line. Plenty of shooters keep a range log, and a pistol that is new to you is a good reason to start one.

Ten rounds keeps this model usable in places with magazine limits, but check your local rules before you buy. The 92 platform is known for soft recoil, so it works well for new shooters learning the basics and for anyone who just wants a good-looking range pistol. Pair it with a good holster and a few boxes of practice ammunition, and it will give you plenty of enjoyable range time.

The pistol is new. It ships to your FFL dealer, and the background check happens there.
