Single-stack, slim and chambered in 9mm, the G43 finally gave Glock fans a pistol made for daily carry. It weighs 1.12 pounds, the barrel measures 3.41 inches, and the magazine holds 6 rounds. A built-in beavertail helps you take a high grip, and the textured frame keeps the gun steady.

These pistols came from a law enforcement trade-in, and they have tritium night sights. One 6-round magazine is included with each pistol. The finish is black. A pistol that has been carried by an officer has usually been drawn from a holster many times and fired only in qualification. That is the kind of wear you want to see, because it points to a gun that was handled but not abused.

Because the grip is short, many people add a larger magazine floorplate or use an extended magazine for range days. At a carry size like this, a sub-compact 9mm rewards practice. Spend time at the range with the ammunition you plan to carry, and check that it feeds reliably.

When it arrives, look over the night sights for damage and test the magazine. Check the finish for holster wear. The pistol is sold as described, in used condition, and ships to your local FFL dealer, where the background check is completed.
