Racing pistols tend to be about one idea: a flat, light, repeatable trigger. The P226 X-Five Extreme is single-action only, so each shot breaks the same way, and the Nitron black finish keeps the slide looking tidy through plenty of use.

The Extreme is a competition-oriented build in 9mm, new. The X-Five name brings a long slide and an extended sight radius, which makes it easy to shoot accurately at speed. The all-metal construction adds weight, and the weight soaks up recoil so the sights return to the target.

A pistol like this is not made to be slim for carrying under a shirt. It is made for the range, for matches and for the shooter who wants an accurate, comfortable pistol they can shoot for hours. It can also guard a bedroom closet if you want a steady, easy-shooting home gun.

The Nitron finish is a corrosion-resistant coating, and it resists wear better than paint. We list the name, the finish, the caliber and the condition.
