Lots of shooters call the VP9 the best striker-fired pistol Heckler & Koch has made. It has a trigger many people find crisp, and the grip panels and backstraps let you adjust the fit to your hand.

This one is used and comes with two magazines and the factory box. It is chambered in 9mm, the most common pistol cartridge and one of the cheapest to practice with. Eye and ear protection cost little compared with the range days they make possible. A cleaning after each outing takes ten minutes and keeps the finish and the action in good order.

The VP9 is a full-size service pistol that sits comfortably in the hand and recovers quickly. It works well as a nightstand gun and as a range pistol, and it is a good option for people who want German build quality without paying for a new one.

Complete sets with the box tend to be the most useful, since you get the case and papers that go with the gun. Because it is used, it is sold as described. It ships to your FFL dealer, and the background check is completed there.
